Third party pharmaceutical manufacturing is an arrangement in which a pharma marketing company gets its branded products manufactured by another licensed manufacturing company. The marketing company owns the brand and sells it; the manufacturer produces, packs and supplies it. Third party manufacturing — also called contract manufacturing or loan licence manufacturing — lets a pharmaceutical marketing company get its products made by an established manufacturing partner instead of building and maintaining a plant of its own. The marketing company owns the brand, the trademark and the market; the manufacturing partner handles production, packing and documentation.

How the process works

Share your requirement. Send us your product list — composition, strength, packing and expected quantity. If you are not sure which molecules to start with, our team can suggest a starter range from the existing portfolio.
Documentation. You provide a copy of your drug licence, GST registration and trademark details (or trademark application) for the brand names you intend to use.
Quotation. We share a rate per pack against your composition, packing style and quantity, along with the applicable minimum order quantity.
Artwork and packing material. Cartons, foils, labels and inserts are prepared against your approved artwork.
Production and dispatch. Once packing material and payment terms are settled, the batch is scheduled, produced, packed and dispatched with the applicable batch documentation.
