Commercial terms

1. GST is charged as applicable to each product category.
2. Expiry and breakage claims are not entertained.
3. All disputes carry legal jurisdiction at Chandigarh.
4. All dispatches are against advance payment.
5. All rates are ex-Chandigarh; freight is payable extra at actuals.
6. Copies of your firm’s drug licence and GST registration are required before supply.
7. Promotional material — visual aids, LBLs, order books, MR bags, gift articles, prescription pads, visiting cards, pens and key rings — is provided as agreed at the time of the order.

Prices and product information

Prices shown on this website are the MRP printed on the pack and are subject to change. Composition, packing and pricing are reproduced from the company product list; in the event of any discrepancy, the current company price list and the printed pack prevail.
