What a Punjab franchise association includes

Monopoly rights for Punjab and the districts agreed with you, so we do not appoint a second associate into the same market. Access to the full product basket — general range tablets and capsules, antibiotics, PPI and gastro products, anti-allergy, neuropathy and psychiatry ranges, calcium, iron and multivitamin supplements, dermatology topicals, paediatric syrups and dry syrups, and injectables.

Promotional support covers visual aids, literature and LBLs, order books, MR bags, prescription pads, visiting cards, pens, key rings and other gift articles, as agreed at the time of the order.

Rates, margins and terms for Punjab

Net rates, PTR and PTS are worked out against the printed MRP of each pack and shared before you commit to a basket, so your margin is visible in advance. GST is charged as applicable to each product category. All dispatches are against advance payment, rates are ex-Chandigarh and freight is payable extra at actuals. Expiry and breakage claims are not entertained. All disputes carry legal jurisdiction at Chandigarh.
